Yogi shows a lot of strength and courage in the manner which he leads with patience. He listens to all feedback on projects in his scope, and gathers details meticulously. He applies changes necessary, while building the best solution and providing sound logic. Yogi is not afraid to examine cost/benefit on projects and explain how changes impact his staff and the organization.
Yogi is a great mentor. He is very inspiring and always willing to help and always provides constructive feedback! He is a pleasure to work with and I learn a lot from him. When it comes to difficult news, Yogi always makes sure to schedule meetings with the whole team and talk through how people are feeling.
Yogi has the heart of a teacher. He can take the most complex things and break them down so everyone can understand! Yogi is always willing to share his database experience. He is always trying to find and share the best way possible to write SQL scripts and I always value his knowledge.
