Lorren’s courageousness comes as a natural ability to her. As this year has brought on many changes, she has overcome each one with no hesitation. She is able to quickly determine what is required to make a step in the right direction and hits the ground running. She is not fearful of pushing out a half-baked idea and getting it out there in front of her people or our clients so that they can provide feedback and we can quickly adapt.
Especially given this time, Lorren has made sure her compassion for her team was at the forefront of every difficult decision and the changes we had to adapt to this year. As an example, she has provided her team with the ability and tools to be able to work from home with a flexible schedule, to help the staff remain employed and work around some of the challenges we have faced especially in regards to Covid-19.
During 2020 we had to focus on clear, consistent, and transparent communication. Lorren had to not only communicate with her team of all the changes, she also had to communicate with our clients. She was able to communicate what we could do for our clients and their businesses allowing them continued success throughout 2020. We were able to provide high level solutions for our clients to be in constant communication with their customers even though they had been facing internal workforce reductions. Allowing minimal impact to their businesses.
