Amy has a passion for people which makes her a well versed and very experienced leader with an emphasis on relationship management. Amy recognizes the importance of human engagement, human communication and human development. Throughout 2020 many of our employees were personally impacted by the pandemic. Our US location was able avoid a reduction in workforce throughout 2020. We were able to meet the needs of individual employees to help maintain a healthy work life balance during these unprecedented times. These efforts included moving to complete remote workforce, modified schedules, offering paid time-off for sick employees or for employees with children affected by school closures and remote learning. Amy has shown great compassion for her employees while providing solutions that benefit the business and our employees.
In the face of continual change and uncertainty, Amy stands up for what she believes is the best for our company, our people, and our clients. She is not afraid to share her opinion and ensures everyone is informed of the impact on a decision we may have to make. She acknowledges our weaknesses and points out our strengths. Her boldness inspires her team and energizes her colleagues.
Amy inspires everyone around with her amazing energy. She is optimistic, positive and driven. She fosters a culture of engagement and cohesion amongst her team, creating an environment where each individual can thrive. Her energy invigorates you to be the best version of yourself.
