Flexible working’s a hot topic. It often ranks highly – if not top – in employee surveys about desired work perks. And the results of the UK’s 4DayWeek trial showed positive impacts on productivity and wellness. So, at H&H we thought, ‘we’d like some of that’. Afterall, the science backs up the argument for more time away from the work environment and at H&H we’re big fans of behavioural science. 

But as a client-servicing organisation, the balance has to be bang-on.
