Simpson…Greg Simpson is the Managing Director at Agent In Engagement, an employee experience consultancy that helps companies and their employees succeed by creating more meaningful, productive, and engaging workplace experiences. He is one of the Chief Inspiration Officers for Inspire: NYC, a local arm of Inspiring Workplaces, and also serves on two boards. He lives in New York City with his partner, Graham, and their boys (meaning cats), Griffon and Granite.

Why do you do what you do?

I believe that an engaged workforce is the foundation of organizational success. In helping company leaders provide talented individuals with compelling reasons to join, engage, and grow with their organizations, companies AND their employees succeed by creating more meaningful, productive, and engaging workplace experiences.

Describe your talk in 100 words

When talking with company leaders about employee experience, there is a similarity in the topics discussed. This session will reveal the seven conversations that take place most often.

What problems will your talk solve for our audience and why is it needed?

The seven conversations represent the top concerns of company leaders. Each offers an opportunity to rethink previous/current practices and to build a workplace based on mutual trust, reciprocal investment, and collective rewards.

What valuable insights, strategies, tools or techniques will our audience walk away with?

While each of the seven conversations could be discussed for hours, this session will provide insights on how company leaders can reimagine each topic in terms of the employee experience.

What do you think will be the major differentiator of the workplace of the future, as opposed to the way we work today?

PEOPLE! People have always been the major differentiator in the workplace. Companies must elevate the employee experience as THE top priority if they want to thrive today and in the future.
