Why do you do what you do?
During my corporate career, I have been struck by the waste of talent, potential and engagement. I have also seen the enormous benefits of new approaches to collective mobilization. I want to bring this to as many places as possible, to improve people’s work and make organizations more successful.
Describe your talk in 100 words
In a fragmented and complex world, the way we work is no longer adapted to the humans we have become. The way we even understand leadership has become a problem that stands in the way of achieving collective performance.
The good news is that we can do better. We can leverage today’s values and technologies, to develop new forms of leadership (or “un-leadership”) that create higher value and increased satisfaction. It is possible even in the most conservative, regulated environments. How do we do that? Join me and let’s talk!
What problems will your talk solve for our audience and why is it needed?
Disengagement, burnout, talent attraction and retention issues, lack of collaboration and innovation, quality issues, increasing costs of value creation… which are all symptoms of sick organizations
What valuable insights, strategies, tools or techniques will our audience walk away with?
Ideas, concepts, stories and questions that you can bring back to your organization to trigger new conversations around what is possible here and now (more than what you thought!)
What do you think will be the major differentiator of the workplace of the future, as opposed to the way we work today?
It will grow on people’s humanness, instead of suppressing it.
