Inspiring Workplaces announces organisations from around the world rated ‘Best-in-Class’ in key workplace elements

NYC & London – September 07, 2023. Today, The Inspiring Workplaces Group (IW) announces its first ever Global Inspiring Workplaces Special Recognition list.

The Inspiring Workplaces Awards 2023 asked each organisation to complete the entry form consisting of six key elements. Elements it believes are fundamental to creating an Inspiring Workplace. They are:

Leadership
Wellbeing
DEI
Communication
Employee Experience

Why special recognition?
IW understands that it is natural to excel in some areas of the workplace strategy. Therefore, as part of the overall awards submission, it offers the opportunity for organisations to put forward individual sections of their entry across each of the six key elements for special recognition.*

Today’s announcement showcases those organisations that scored high enough to beat the independent judges threshold across regions to be named best-in-class in each of the above six key elements fundamental to creating a PeopleFirst organisation.
