Who Deserves Recognition?
Be that individual that takes the time to recognise others. Give credit where credit is due. If you work for an organisation where a project, with a group of diligent co-workers, is doing great work, acknowledge them.
Bottom line: People won’t know that you and your team have done excellent work unless you tell them. By voicing your appreciation of others, you help create a positive feedback loop where your good deeds get acknowledged and theirs do too.
