Who Deserves Recognition?

Who Deserves Recognition?

Be that individual that takes the time to recognise others. Give credit where credit is due. If you work for an organisation where a project, with a group of diligent co-workers, is doing great work, acknowledge them.

Bottom line: People won’t know that you and your team have done excellent work unless you tell them. By voicing your appreciation of others, you help create a positive feedback loop where your good deeds get acknowledged and theirs do too.

Don’t wait – tell us who deserves recognition! Email Tricia Sibbons ([email protected]), or fill in the form below.

“Praise is energizing; we do and feel better when we feel valued”

And always remember that some of the strongest contributors in the workplace can sometimes be the quietest.

At The Employment Engagement Awards Africa we are ready to acknowledge the individuals, companies and teams that deserves recognition for their contribution in the workplace.

By entering, and hopefully winning, you would have helped recognise individuals or teams who are doing great things in your company. Pay it forward

Tell us your story!
