When COVID-19 hit, Philips leadership recognized the business would have a critical role to play in tackling the oncoming health crisis. They needed all 82,000 employees working towards the same, clearly defined goals.
In response, Philips launched its ‘All in Together’ initiative: an agile employee communications programme encapsulating the Philips triple duty of care principle to protect employees, fulfil critical customer needs, and ensure business continuity.
