Meet Linda Moir – the woman responsible for the Olympics’ employee experience

Throughout an extensive career in customer-employee relationships, Linda has helped some of the world’s best-loved businesses develop outstanding reputations for customer service.
To give you a flavour of Linda’s fantastic work, she was the person responsible for making the London Olympics so memorable for its audience. As head of Spectator Services at the Olympic and Paralympic Games, she was responsible for the employee experience of the 15,000 volunteer Games Makers who hosted the Games’ nine million spectators!
