London & NYC – June 15, 2021 – The 2021 Inspiring Workplaces Awards (formerly The Employee Engagement Awards), today announces its shortlist of finalists for EMEA and North America. The first time it has jointly announced two major regions together.
These are the organisations that the independent panel of judges believe put their people at the heart of their business. This year’s submissions have uncovered a new level of strategic thinking and excellence.
The winners will be announced on July 14, 2021 in a virtual setting.
Matt Manners, CEO & Founder of Inspiring Workplaces Group commented,
“Congratulations to all our finalists across EMEA and North America. This has been a unique time in our lives and therefore a unqiue awards cycle. However, through adversity comes inspiration and it has been incredible to witness the way people, teams and organizations have stepped up throughout the pandemic.
We will be sharing some of these Inspiring Workplaces stories during our Summer Series 2.0, some through video interviews, a lot through written case studies and the remainder when our conferences return in 2022. We hope they serve as both an inspiration and insightful to those seeking to continue deliver the people experience during the toughest circumstances.”
