There are many attributes that determine what makes an Inspiring Leader. At inspiring Workplaces we have drilled this down to four areas.

- Courage. They are Resilient & calm. They give you a sense of control. They make the abnormal seem normal. They are transparent with facts.
- Direction. They give clear & consistent communication. They listen to ideas and then act upon them.
- Empowering. They trust their people. They are supportive. They give others opportunities to shine. They know they aren’t the smartest in the room
