Our partner the PRCA announced the launch of its Employee Engagement Group today. The aim of the new group is to focus attention on the positive impact that employee engagement can have on business success. The Group will run learning and networking events and share insight and case studies.
The PRCA Employee Engagement Group is a PRCA Group for practitioners at all stages of their careers in the PR and communications industry. The PRCA already successfully operates Groups in many sectors including Travel and Tourism, Broadcast, and Health.
The Employee Engagement Group will aim to equip its members with the tools they need to effectively engage with their workforce and create positive workplace environments.
The Group’s Chairman is Ruth Dance CMPRCA, Managing Director, The Employee Engagement Alliance. Ruth said: “I am absolutely delighted to be working with the PRCA and leading the Employee Engagement Group throughout 2018 and beyond. Employee Engagement is rising up the business agenda very quickly and I’m excited to be helping the PRCA to elevate employee engagement through the discussion, learning, and the content we’ll be delivering.”
