Are you aware of the voice in your head? That voice tells stories that influence the way we experience the world around us. We create narratives about people we encounter that may be full of false assumptions and hurt our relationships. We also tell stories about ourselves that may hold us back in life. In this interactive Thrive Thursday session, we will explore Stories We Tell About Others and consider how we might rewrite a story to strengthen a relationship.
Benefits of mastering stories we tell about others for you and your team/organisation
- Challenge the stories we tell ourselves that aren’t serving us well
- Feel more positive emotions
- Form stronger relationships Respond with more flexibility to challenging situations
- Collaborate on ways to change unhelpful work stories
