Creating Inspiring Workplaces – launch event
(strictly limited spaces)
What can you do to create a successful, inspiring and engaging workplace culture?
Find out at the first Inspiring Cities event for Bristol and Bath – in Bristol on May 22nd.
This is part of Inspiring Workplaces Cities. The people and culture community that shares knowledge and expertise, runs regular events and enables you to connect with like-minded people.
Culture is becoming increasingly important. If you need any convincing, a Glassdoor survey found 77% of employees would consider a company’s culture when searching for a new job.
The good news is that you can create an engaging working culture. It’s all about how your people feel about working for you – and that’s something you can influence.
That’s where this seminar will help.
The format:
You’ll hear a panel discussion on creating an inspiring and engaging work culture followed by a short keynote talk from multi-award-Winning psychologist and two-times bestselling HR author, Gethin Nadin. Gethin will inspire you to revolutionise your approach to employee wellbeing, build a far more compelling business case for your ideas and will unlock the full potential of your organisation.
We will be focusing on three key areas
- Creating a sense of connection/belonging
- Bringing purpose and meaning to employee’s roles
- The importance of having a high trust environment
