Red Hot Cultures
On 4th July 2019, I had the absolute honour of co-hosting the Cooper Parry Culture Carnival with over 160 ‘Culture Vultures’ attending from across the country.
I couldn’t think of a better space or organisation to showcase what they and are others are doing to create a ‘Red Hot Culture’.
If you haven’t yet heard of Cooper Parry yet, they’re often branded as the ‘rebels of accountancy’ who have completely transformed their business by building a imitable, inspiring and inclusive culture and focusing on the people experience as opposed to the ‘numbers’ which in turn has led them to be the fast growing firm of accountants in the land.
Don’t just take my word for it; they have a whole of host of awards including being a Sunday Times Top 15 Employer and officially the ‘Top Workplace across Europe’ when awarded Company of the Year at the most recent Employee Engagement Awards.

The day was jam packed with incredible speakers, workshops, activities, sweets, games and the most amazing Mac n Cheese!
