Great to see many impactful initiatives across the organisation to enable culture and workplace development. I particularly like the focus on helping employees speak up and share their concerns through ‘Little Pains.’ The wellbeing initiatives seem to reflect the culture aspiration really well – flexibility, team retreats, year end time off – and I can imagine these have a high impact across the company.
