What stood out most about your submission was that [such high percentage]  of your people feel like their professional advancement is nurtured, which is extraordinary. I also really appreciated that you shifted your hiring criteria to a skills-based model and saw the impact in the type of candidates you attracted. Another thing that I found really impressive was how you addressed meeting overload. It is rare to not hear meeting overload as a problem, but you all did something about it. It goes to show that if leadership is willing to listen and take action, anything can change. I also loved how you positioned your HR office to make it easier for employees to access people and get the resources they need when they need them. It is clear that you have put a great deal of intentional work into your culture, and it shows.
